1 c chopped celery
1/2 c chopped onion
2/3 c chicken broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg frozen peas & carrots
2 tsp Soy sauce
1-2 c chicken
Chinese noodles
Saute celery and onion in a little butter. Add rest of ingredients and top with Chinese noodles. Bake 40-50 min in 350 oven.
