White Bread

This was John's mom recipe:

2 1/2 c dry powdered milk
12 cups flour
2 quarts warm water
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 c vegetable oil
2 pkg yeast

Mix water, yeast and oil. Set aside. Let rise. Add the rest of ingredients. Knead for 10 minutes. Place in bread pans, and let rise covered with a towel. Bake for 1 hour at 350. If you are doing rolls, bake 20 minutes after being raised.
