Pie Crust

3 c flour
1/2 c sugar
3/4 c cold water
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 c shortening
2 tsp vinegar

Mix together 2 1/2 c flour, salt and sugar. Add shortening to flour mixture and mix well with a fork. Add water and vinegar. Stir until well blended. Add 1/2 c flour and blend.

Bake 400 for 15-20 minutes

We use this for pies as well as Meat pies
