Apple Streusel

Crust:
2 c flour
1/2 c sugar
1 c butter
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg, beaten

Filling:
1/2 c sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 c flour
4 c sliced and peeled apples (about 5)

Preheat oven to 350. Combine crust ingredients. Mix well. Press 1/2 mixture into greased 9x13 pan. Combine filling ingredients. Arrange on crust. Crumble remaining crust mix over apples. Bake 40 minutes, let cool.

Good with ice cream on top!
