5 eggs
1 c sugar
1 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp flavoring
Beat eggs. Stir in sugar and beat. Then add flour and beat thoroughly. Bake in a shallow greased pan 10x15 for 15 to 20 minutes at 350.
Remove from pan, cut off the edges. Roll in towel sprinkled with powdered sugar. Let stand two or three minutes. Unroll and quickly spread with currant jelly. Re-roll. Cut into slices and serve with sweeted whipped cream.
