1 1/2 lb boneless pork (cut into small pieces)
1/2 c Kikkoman Terriyaki Sauce
Simmer with enough water to barely cover meat for 1-2 hours until very tender.
Add juice from a large can of pineapple tidbits or chunks.
6 carrots- peeled and sliced. Simmer with pork the last 15 minutes until barely tender. Thicken with corn starch. 3 Tbs cornstarch and 3 Tbs water. Stir and add to mixture stirring until it is thick like gravy. Add pineapple chunks just before serving. Serve over rice
