Grandma's Meatballs in Pineapple Sauce

Mix:
2 lb hamburger
1 slice bread crumbled in 1/2 c milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Form into small balls and brown. Shaking pan often to keep balls round. Remove meatballs and set aside.

Pineapple sauce:
1 c condensed beef bouillon
1 large can pineapple chunks
1/2 c chopped green pepper
1/2 c brown sugar
2 Tbs soy sauce
1/2 tsp salt

Bring to a boil then add 2 Tbs corn starch in a little water and stir into sauce. Simmer about 15 minutes until sauce is clear and thick. Add meatballs and simmer 15 minutes more. Serve over cooked rice.
