Mix Together:
1/2 c finely chopped nuts
1 cube butter, softened
1 c flour
Pat into 9x13. Bake 375 for 15-20 minutes or until light brown. Cool.
Whip Together:
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
1 c powdered sugar
1/2 c cool whip. Spread on top of crust
2 pkg lemon instant pudding
3 c milk
Pour on top of cream cheese mixture. Spread rest of large cool whip on top. Sprinkle with more nuts if desired.
