Old Family Favorites Mixed with My New Gluten/Dairy/Sugar Free Diet!

Grandma's Hot Chicken Salad
1 cooked chicken- cut into cubes
1 c celery
1 c water chestnuts
1 c herb seasoned croutons
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c mayonnaise
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered 350 for 30 minutes.
