2 c boiling water
1 Tbs butter
1 tsp salt
1 c uncooked rice (NOT minute rice)
3 chicken breasts, boiled, boned and cut into bite size pieces.
Mix together:
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c milk
1 c mayonnaise
pepper to taste
2 c finely chopped celery
1/2 c finely chopped onion
Sprinkle sweet basil
Mix all together and top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake 350. C over with foil for 30 minutes. Take off foil and bake 15 mintues longer. Makes 2 quarts.
