Grandma's Dutch Oven Potatoes

Lightly grease Dutch oven

Slice one large onion
Slice 5-8 un-peeled potatoes
slice 2-3 cups zucchini
Place more potatoes on top (4-5)

Place in Dutch oven in order. Bake one hour, turn off stove and let sit 1/2 hour longer.

Variations:
Serve with Chili,
Add mixture of vinegar/sugar/salt heated to dissolve. Add 2 Tbs corn starch to thicken.
Add 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and top with cheese
