Grandma's Danish Dumplings (Old Danish Recipe)

1 c milk
1/2 c flour
2 Tbs Tapioca (soak in cold milk)
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbs butter
2 eggs

Bring milk, tapioca and butter to a boil. Take off heat and dump flour in all at once and stir until it forms balls. Let cool. Take 2 eggs and beat in one at a time. When soup is boiling good, dip spoon in broth or cup of water and put a rounded teaspoon in one at a time and put a lid on and bring to a boil. Let simmer for 10 minutes.
