1 15oz pkg mixed frozen broccoli, cauliflower, carrots
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c milk
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 c cooked chicken
1/2 c cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can frech fried onions
1 c biscuit mix (or Bisquick)
1 egg
1/4 c milk
Cook and drain vegetables. Mix with soup, milk, salt, pepper, chicken, 1/2 c cheese and 1/2 the can of fried onions. Spread into 9x13 baking dish. Bake uncovered for 10 minutes a 450. Meanwhile, combine biscuit mix, egg, milk to form a soft dough. Spoon over hot chicken and bake uncovered another 20-25 minutes. Top with more cheese and onions and bake 3-5 more minutes.
