Grandma's Autumn Soup

1 lb ground beef
1 c onion, chopped
1 c potatoes, diced
1 c carrots, diced
1 c celery, diced
1 med size can tomatoes
5 c water
2 tsp parsley flakes
2 bay leafs
Salt and Pepper to taste

Brown ground beef and onions in bottom of large pan. Add water, and all other ingredients. Cook until vegetables are tender. About 20 minutes.
