This is great in the crock pot or camping in a dutch oven. It can also be frozen and served again.
4-6 chicken breasts
1 8 oz bottle Russian Dressing
1 8 oz jar of apricot pineapple preserves
1 onion soup mix package
Place all ingredients in a crock pot and let cook 3-4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low. This is also a good dutch oven recipe.
Serve over rice
