Parmesan Chicken

Whenever we go to an Italian restaurant, John will order this. Here is my homemade version until I find a better one.

6 chicken breasts
1 egg white + 1 TBS water slightly beaten
1/2 c breadcrumbs
2 TBL Pamesean cheese
Fettuccine
Marinara sauce

Combine breadcrumbs and cheese in a bowl. Dip the chicken in the egg white wash and then the breadcrumbs. Place in a frying pan and cook on both sides for 8-10 minutes. Make sure that the chicken is cooked thoroughly. Put on top of pasta and pour a ladle of marinara sauce on top
