My brother posted this on his blog and it is GOOD! It stays soft and never stays around long enough for you to worry about storing for later.
(For popcorn you pop yourself)
1/2 c unpopped popcorn
1/2 c butter
1/2 c brown sugar
10 large or 4 c mini marshmallows
Pop the corn
Heat butter, brown sugar and marshmallows on stove until marshmallows melt
Pour over the popped corn
Eat
If you are going to use a bag of microwave popcorn just 1/2 the recipe!
I doubled the recipe and got 35 popcorn balls out of it.
