These are really good with fruit cut up on top!
½ cup ground oats, ground in food processor or blender
1/3 cup water
1 tablespoon Splenda
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1½ teaspoons maple extract
2 egg whites (add 2 TBS powdered egg whites for John)
Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix. Will be very thin. Pour into a heated 6" skillet (medium heat) and brown on both sides. Comes out about a 1/2" thick.
