I cook this in my crock pot and it smells WONDERFUL!
2 lbs of stewing meat
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup or can Mushrooms (optional)
Rice or noodles cooked
Place the meat, soup mix and soup in the crock pot. No need to stir. One hour before serving, add mushrooms and sour cream.
Also wonderful over toast the next day.
